I bought (and read) this book because it appealed to me, as a no-nonsense and well documented book about the generally obscure and confusing task of trying to make sense of this "holy" book. I am a lifelong student of comparative religion and spirituality. I have read the Bible, the Tao Te Ching, the Dhammapada, Bhagavad Gita, etc. I have studied Egyptian Book of the Dead, Kaballah, Greek, Roman, Norse and Summerian mythology. But I have never felt compelled to delve into the Koran. This book seemed a solid way to wade into those waters. Their concrete approach of "reverse ordering" this normally jumbled book is (in hindsight) essential to it's understanding. Otherwise, ANY Westerner would likely quickly get lost in the weeds of "abrogation". This is a term previously unknown to me, but central to understanding the edicts of Mohammed. Due to the COPIOUS contradictions over his life's writings, it was determined by muslim scholars and others that the later verses CANCELLED OUT any contradictory verses which proceeded it! Once the Koran's verses are thus ordered, with the last being the first, the priorities of islam are laid bare! It is CLEARLY a religion of violence and intolerance, from its very inception. Jihad, is the central theme: violent, aggressive and incessant conversion of "non-believers" (Kuffir) into believers. Failure to convert them leaves the only other option....KILL them! Real Islam, beyond all the media spin and the "BIG LIE" is less a religion and more of a Kamikaze Cult. In this cult, muslims who wage Jihad against the unbelieving Kuffir are elevated to the highest honors among the culture (martyrs) and given a VIP seat with Allah in the afterlife. This truth has been know to Western scholars for centuries, but recently buried since 911 (2001). The book AMPLY documents the development of this "Big Lie". In addition, a FRIGHTENING number of "non-radical" muslims (who simply ascribe to "Sharia Law") have been show (by polls) to state that they would not turn in a known terrorist among them!!! I am a follower and believer in the teachings of both Buddha and Jesus. This book has clearly helped me see the violent and unacceptable core beliefs of the muslim "path" and how antithetical they are to any truly spiritual person. America needs to wake up. If we don't take prudent strides to resist this Islamic "striving" or Jihad, we will quickly follow down the same dark rabbit hole that has engulfed Europe. Europe is the "canary in the coal mine" and has already fallen off its perch!

An informative book exposing the truths of Islam and the lies from the elite. Any true red blooded patriot from the West must read this book. The Hero, Tommy Robinson and co-author Peter Mcloughlin are true patriots for writing this. It contextualize the Quran and helps with understanding what is going on our society today.
Feel free to check multiple sources for this book. DON'T JUST TAKE WHAT IS WRITTEN AS FACT! Read the book with your computer open, or tablet on hand to verify what is written. Then you will see that it will well sourced and doesn't twist, though it is hard to decipher. The Qu'ran is, as they note, written in a way to confuse. You will have a HELL of a lot of homework with this one. If things are confusing, get a group together to decipher and see if you all come to the same conclusion. If you don't, that is OK, but I don't think that you can argue that it wasn't well researched and understood by Peter and Tommy
This book is very organized and the timeline of Mohammad's insertions to Islam - AMAZING! I can't believe so many people worship his word of terrorism, not to mention the enslavement of the people that didnt have their throats cut. Reading the references that were added compared to the original writings blew me away. Read 47:4 (page 143) just read this page carefully! You will not believe his evilness & hatred towards non-believers WOW!
Great way to fill up on knowledge to show people the true meaning of the Koran. I'm happy to get this to beat anyone at a debate who calls this horrible religion peaceful.

I was quite surprised on how informative it was and how it was laid out. I did need my serious reading glasses, for the scripture uses small font. I did enjoy the bold portions laying out problematic verses. I really enjoyed the intro. Very eye opening.
I read a koran several years ago (to gain more insight into what motivates radicals) as well as other texts on the subject of islam. I quickly learned that simply following the basic koran is more than enough to make anyone a "radical". I purchased this book to see what approach/angle was being used here and found it quite interesting. The first 100 pages (the "introduction" so to speak) has enough information and observations to make any reasonable person ask why professional politicians, the mainstream media, and academia are - with malice of forethought - withholding the truth about islam, and it's goals, from the general public. While no theories are offered by the authors, the historical and academic background provided is more than enough to make any reasonable person ask "What's going on?". For those who have already read a koran, the first 100 pages are worth the price of this book as it puts various precepts in the koran into easily-comprehended points for later dissemination and discussion. For anyone who hasn't read a koran, you're getting a great deal of useful information. Don't take my word for it. Just read it.

Update: After doing research about the concept of abrogation, it seems that there is much disagreement about how many verses are abrogated. Definitely read this book from the point of view of understanding how the muslims that commit violence justify their actions, but don't take this as the complete interpretation that there are no others. I'm not changing my stars, but please take this book as one point of view. Original: Thank you Tommy for writing this book. I have been interested in understanding islam for a while given it's history and current geo-politics. It's difficult given the media spin, what out-of-touch imams say, apologists, terrorists, as well as the Quran itself says. I am outraged that this information about islam was well known in the previous century with tons of research and literature done, but since 9/11 has been all but covered up. I have tried listening to audio books of the quran, but none were in chronological order, so they made little sense. Thank you for putting this straight. I hope you can also make a book about the Hadiths and Sira!
Thank God that we have authors who provide us an accurate history of Islam as it really is: A religion of war. Don't think that's accurate? Buy this book, and see what you think after that. Don't worry about the author's words however, but look at the numerous sources and both historical and contemporary examples that those who perform violence in the name of Islam are following Mohammed's commands, which are very clearly provided in chronological order. Please don't label this review as hateful towards Muslims, I don't hate anyone. I am simply supporting the premise that Islam is a violent religion as supported by both the violent acts committed in it's name (how often is "Allu Akbar" shouted prior to a violent attack, a simple internet search will provide the answer) and by it's holy text, the Koran. We need to take this into consideration with immigration policy and other legislation designed to protect citizens. Back to the book: VERY well supported and full of evidence, needs to be read by all. The poor author has had a terrible time with being attacked by Muslims and jailed for speech, and accurate speech at that. Support free speech and if you disagree with his conclusions, that's fine, but be warned: He builds a very strong case based on a very firm premise supported by hundreds of sources and specific details, much of it from the Koran itself.

...in that it actually INCLUDES the entire Koran and lays out the ways certain Suras cancel others out, which is often misunderstood by many non-Muslims. Read Sura 9:5 slay the pagans (any non-Muslim) wherever you find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war, Sura 8:60 strike TERROR into the hearts of your enemies, Sura 8:12 I will instill TERROR into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them. Sura 4:25 "may wed GIRLS from among those whom your right hands possess" the footnote in my Koran given to us by a Muslim specifically states "That is captives taken in Jihad...Your right hands does not mean neccessarily that she has been assigned to you or is your Property. All captures of war belong to the community, They are yours in that sense. So this gives permission to marry slaves (so slavery is permissible) Sura 4:89 if someone turns away or rejects the faith "kill them wherever you find them". These are just a few important Suras people need to be aware of. Thank you Mr. Mcloughlin and Mr. Robinson for doing this important work to help wake up the world.
This is the most terrifying thing I have ever read. It is well documented, and I have verified multiple footnotes along the way as I stop and say, "That can't be true." I then do my homework and unfortunately I'm wrong and the author is correct. Peter McLoughlin and Tommy Robinson do a wonderful job for any Western person to understand Islam. I have to say it takes some real mental gymnastics to get your head fully around what it is all about. They describe it as trying to understand a round square. I have in the past tried to read the original Koran, but I found it baffling and gave up. Now I understand why and this Koran puts it in chronological order so that a non-Muslim scholar can understand it. It also explains why those of the Muslim faith must rely upon a Imam to help them understand their holy book, because the original is extremely confusing and full of contradictions. Once you use this book, you understand how the Imam's use the chronological order to interpret the Koran, but as Westerners we pull one quote out of the book, not realizing that later on (chronologically) it was changed. Confusing? You bet, but it will blow your mind once you check the sources and verify on your own. I haven't finished it, but no book I've read in the last five years has me thinking this much about it.
Well written, easy to read style of writing for sucha heavy subject. Facts, citations, evidence, and valid arguments make this a must read for anyone that wants to discuss or debate the finer points of Islam, no matter which side you are on. Important information everyone should know about a rapidly growing demographic in our countries.
