Superbly informative and readable for the layman...

looking to get to grips with the tenets, beliefs and practices of Islam. In the age we live in today, all Westerners should get to grips with Islam and what it means for the Kafir. This book represents a great start point.

Essential reading. It demonstrates that hatred and violence are intrinsic to Islam in a way they are not to any other religion...

This book by Peter McLoughlin and Tommy Robinson is a thoughtful and easy-to-read discussion of some of the difficult passages in the Koran/Quran. It is not an anti-muslim book. It is not a hateful book. It is certainly not inciting violence - just the opposite; it is warning against the likelihood of violence. Criticism of Nazism in the 1930s was not hateful then; criticisms of the ideology of islam are not hateful now. If you are seeking an understanding of why terrorism is almost exclusively committed by islamists, or why islam's borders are bloody and always have been, then this is essential reading. It demonstrates that hatred and violence are intrinsic to islam in a way they are not to any other religion. There is a huge difference between the descriptions of violence or savage and manipulative sexual behaviour in the Old Testament, for example, which no Jew or Christian takes as being a model for behaviour, and the prescriptions to commit violence inscribed in the Koran which apply as commandments to all muslims in every time and every place. There is a huge difference between Jesus, the model for all Christians - gentle, respectful of women and the poor, self-sacrificing, and Mohammed, a serial torturer, murderer, slave owner and rapist, who is the "perfect example of conduct" for all muslims. Until islamic leaders acknowledge this and reach a point where they can disown the behaviour of Mohammed and these parts of Koranic teaching, there will be no peace between the house of submission (islam) and the house of war (every other belief system). This is an important and timely book, which will no doubt make a great many people uncomfortable, and even angry...

Brilliant book!

Koran was a bit confusing. This has helped fill in the gaps I had. Enlightening! Thank you!

A must-read for anyone interested in the true nature of Islam...

McLoughlin & Robinson show how Quranic verses inspire radical Islamists to commit modern day acts of terrorism. The book is basically the Quran, but with abrogated verses striked-through and the replacement verses referenced. It explains how specific verses that seem to encourage deception and terrorism against non-Muslims have, by Mohammed's design, superseded verses that encourage forgiveness and peace. One chapter is dedicated to the chronological order of the Quran. A lot of people assume the traditional order is the chronological order, but this is not true. The chronological order is very important in understanding why and how the later violent commands in the Islamic Holy book abrogate and replace the earlier, peaceful ones. This book is NOT an attack on all Muslims. It does not demonize or vilify people of the Islamic faith. It does not spread or disseminate hateful rhetoric. It does, however, expose the Islamic ideology that inspires and condones terrorism against innocent people, and it uses the ideology's most sacred text, the Quran, to do so. The people writing the 1 star reviews obviously have not read the book. If they had, it would be easy for them to cite examples of "hate" and "racism." But since the book focuses solely on the Quranic text, which is available for anyone to research and verify, they are can only leave vague reviews and criticize the authors, not the substance of the book. If you have a positive view of Islam and you don't want to be exposed to any hurtful truths about it, then this book is not for you. But if you have an open mind, and you want to learn why Islam disproportionately inspires more violence than all other religions combined, this book is a must-read.

One of the most important books of the century...

The introduction of the book is an excellent exploration of the conditions into how deceptive information about Islam has come to dominate western discourse. Thoroughly researched and beautifully footnoted. The attention to detail is spectacular. This work builds on that of many of the giants of the counter Jihad movement and they're all named in the bibliography. The language is accessible and open, it begs to be read without skipping detail or useful information. The way in which elites have steadily changed the story on what Islam is as portrayed to ordinary people who shouldn't have to study ancient texts is shocking. While the presentation of Islam has changed from a warlike cult into a peaceful religion, the practice of Islam seems to have, if anything, changed for the worse! The once secularising Turkey has regressed and even today heads more toward Islam based strictly on the life and practices of Mohammed just as become clear in this version of the Koran. The main work is a resetting of the Pickthall translation of the Koran. This is a well respected translation and the translation is beyond reproach. The genius here is resetting it in REVERSE CHRONOLOGICAL order and showing clearly which early (usually peaceful) verses are cancelled by later (usually warlike) ones. I've never seen anything this clear. A book like this can't be produced by the mainstream publishing world: but we live in a beautiful era where this kind of knowledge can now be disseminated bypassing the usual gatekeepers. As long as it isn't banned. However, if this book is to be banned as "hate speech" it is an acknowledgement that one of the three primary texts of the Islam is full of hatred for non-Muslims.

This is one of the best written and probably one of the most important books in history...

PROS – I got the book early, yesterday August 1st on Tuesday. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Here's some pictures as proof. I read it in a matter of hours. I'll probably read it again, because it's just that amazing. This is by far the most well researched book ever written about the Koran. I don't normally read books like this; however, it's extremely detailed and historically accurate. I love this book! I love everything about it. There's so many things about this book that I could literally talk about it for hours. The book is broken down into parts or sections. There's a total of 4-6 parts in this book. Pages 4-101 is the Introduction. From there it's the Koran pages 104-332. Notes pages 334-384. Recommended Books 385-389. Then the Appendix and the Encrypted Koran Index. The Koran is broken down into two segments (Mohammed's Success & Mohammed's Failure). Mohammed was successful in making one of the most violent, misogynistic death cults in the world. This part is the real Koran where Muslims slaughter Non-Muslims, Apostates, Christians, and Jews just to get a place into Heaven (or Paradise) which is still ongoing today. Nothing much has changed. Mohammed did have some so-called peaceful verses, but it wasn't popular to begin with. He had no more than 150 followers in 13 years, but when he made Islam violent he had an army of 10,000 in less than 10 years. This is basic history, folks. However, this will not be taught to you nor your kids. This kind of information is NOT in public schools, colleges, and so on because everything is literally controlled by the Left and their political agenda. This book gives you exact Koran verses and breaks it down for you in a way that you can understand, for anyone to understand. Anyone can read this book, but sadly most people won't read it especially if they're liberals or Muslims, who have been brainwashed into believing that Islam is a "Religion of Peace." Islam has always been a "Religion of War" and has been at war with everyone (including other religions) for the last 1400 years. Good luck trying to convince Liberals, even Christian Liberals to read this book and Enemy of The State. I got into an argument with a Christian, because her excuse not to read this book is... she only reads the Bible and not the Koran. There you go. You can't force Liberals to read this book, since they don't want to listen to reason or facts. I'm sure if she was a Muslim, she would have said the same thing but in the reverse order. CONS – Reading the Koran was difficult at times, because a lot of the text was pretty small. I have really bad eyesight, so I kind of wish they would've made the text a little bit bigger. Of course, I understand that if they did this we'd have a 600 page book instead of 400 pages. The bold texts were fine by the way, including the crossed out texts because I could still read them quite clearly. When reading the violent verses of the Koran, it felt like I was reading Hitler's Mein Kampf, the ramblings of a madman. That's basically what it is. Mohammed was a raging lunatic, pedophile, hypocrite, and bloody-thirsty serial killer/rapist. Coming from a strict religious background (although not religious myself), Mohammed basically took parts of the Christian & Jewish Bibles and twisted them into a 'perverted' cult of his own creation. The Koran is the most disturbing and disgusting thing to read. I forced myself to read it because knowledge is power and I want to share that knowledge to those who will listen. Another issue I had with this book...I felt it's way too short. In fact, I wanted to read more and wished the authors went deeper into the treatment of Muslim Women in Islam. There are parts of the Koran where wife beating is approved by Mohammed. I just wanted a bit more explanation about it and some history of the violence against women. Maybe Tommy Robinson and Peter McLoughlin will write another book, going into more details about the misogyny and sexist views so prevalent in Islam and Sharia Law. Today, far too many Muslim women are stoned to death, beaten, forced into sexual slavery, suffering from Islamic FGM, and have such miserable lives (being treated less than animals) in the Middle East and abroad. It would be nice to have more information on that, including other Islamic Scriptures such as the Hadith. I'd like to see them write a book together with Dr. Bill Warner, who has written many different books describing Sharia Law, Muslim Women, Slavery, the Politics of Islam, and more.

Very informative...

There's a reason why almost all terrorists are muslim! 2/3 of UK muslims wouldn't report on a fellow muslim who was joining ISIS, and only 3% of UK muslims believe in free speech. Be prepared for lots of claims of "islamophobia" from people who don't like the "prophet" Mohammed being exposed for the violent, anti-Semitic, misogynist, homophobic, warlord and pedophile that he was.

This makes the Koran accessible and in turn makes the political situation we see today far more understandable...

I'm not interested in theology in general, but given the current political climate I felt compelled to try to understand the Koran. I struggled with the standard version as (like most religious texts) it is tedious and boring, although I was still shocked with what I found in the first few passages to be honest. This version makes a lot more sense and has an excellent, very well researched, comprehensive introduction.

This book is highly recommended for people wanting to learn about Islam [Amazon Top 500 Reviewer].

This book must be read by open minded individuals. Although it is full of facts and data, many will ignore the reality and claim "islamophobia". No religion should be free of criticism and this book details in great specifics about the Koran and what it stands for. Tommy Robinson and Pete McLoughlin are brave people and the information and work in this book should not be discounted. This book is highly recommended for people wanting to learn about Islam.

Indispensable...

Excellent book. Highly polemical but also thoroughly researched and annotated and clearly written. If you're only going to read one book about the Koran and Islamic ideology and belief [of course you should read more] this is that book. Recommended without reservation, obviously.

Eye opening...

Great book, translates into understandable language the passages in the Koran. It's very detailed and eliminates the confusion as to what the Koran really means. It demonstrates how the followers of the Koran are indoctrinated to hate all that is outside of the Koran and that waging war and killing the non believers is a duty in Islam. You come to understand why there is so much Islamic Terrorism in the world and no one is safe from its campaign of hatred.

starsIntensively researched, accurately compiled...

Well written. Intensively researched, and accurately compiled. Makes the Qu'ran more accessible to the masses, and Islam's intentions clear to all. If you truly want to be educated on Islamic scripture this book is a MUST read!
