The Koran laid bare for all to see. We are always being asked "Have you even read The Koran?" every time we question anything to do with Islam. Now for millions of people the answer will be "Yes."

...and how non-Muslims have been duped into believing that it Islam is a religion of peace. Tommy Robinson, and Peter McLoughlin, hats off to you guys for the heads up. Knowledge is power.

Tommy is an incredibly brave man putting his neck on the line to give us the real facts.

For those who do read it, even those who already understand why Islam is anathema to what we value in the West, this book offers further insights as to why our politicians and media are so reluctant in naming the problem

Islam and the Koran cannot be understood properly without understanding its doctrine of abrogation (naskh) laid out in 2:106, 16:101 etc. This is the idea that Koran verses 'revealed' to Muhammad later in his life supersede any contradictory verses 'revealed' earlier in his life. However the Koran is not in chronological order. The verses in this book are of course the same (Pickthal translation) but the chapters are actually written in chronological order as agreed by Islamic scholars, but back to front so that the verses that aren't superseded come first. This makes the Koran far easier for the reader to understand. If you want to understand why Muslims commit the vast majority of terrorism worldwide in the name of Allah you need to go to the Koran and this one is the best for doing so.

An essential clarification to a the deliberately obfuscated subject - obfuscated by politicians and apologists alike. A great help to anyone who wants to understand a straightforward topic. And one that Muslims and non-Muslims should all welcome if, as is usually claimed, the problem is not Islam but the failure to understand Islam. This is an excellent guide if you have ever felt bamboozled by such talk.

How the Koran is not a hate crime book in the UK is beyond me.

The book is well written in that it comes across as academic and yet is accessible. It is clearly partisan and often an anger comes through in the writing.. but it clearly sets out to counter relatively recent ideas about Islam propagated by non-muslim politicians. There are odd statements that don't appear to be unpacked - such as on page 21, the writer suggests that the Islamification of the world is a deliberate policy of the political elite, without much specific evidence of that. But, it is a surprising book and one which, despite the intention, might actually appeal to many interested in reading the Koran in chronological order.

Helps put into perspective the driving ideology behind some of the word's most heinous attacks.

I have studied Islam for the better part of 5 years now, I have read the Quran, Hadith, Sira and various analyses about them. And the more I know, the more I see a very bleak future ahead of us if we don't nip this in the bud. Sure, there are tons of Muslims who are perfectly fine and upstanding people. But that doesn't take away the fact that the Quran, Hadith and Sira are extremely violent, misogynist, racist (yes!) and generally unpleasant towards anything non-Muslim. This book has put the Quran in chronological context which will make things al lot clearer for those who just start reading up on this stuff. Arm yourself with the knowledge put forth in this book. See how our politicians have betrayed the ordinary people. See how they wilfully throw us to the lions when it comes to the violence and hatred of Islam toward others. How they persistently lie about the violence of Islam in our daily lives. We either start taking action now by forcing them to act on behalf of the people, or risk losing all that we hold dear. There is not a place in the world that remains peaceful the moment Islam gets a real foothold. The proof is out there for all to see. It is not a religion but an aggressive ideology with a religious component hell-bent on conquest and enslavement of those they conquer. Women's' Right, Gay Rights, general Human Rights? Non-existent. Care for animals or the environment? Nope. People are free to what they want to believe or follow. I draw the line when the most basic of Rights are at risk of disappearing altogether. And that's where we're at.

Everybody who believes the government/media garbage about Islam being a 'religion of peace' needs to read this book. The authors break down the Koran, to show how Mohammed, started out as just a preacher, with few followers. He then switched his rhetoric to one of any follower to kill or otherwise subdued a non-believer. He did this by telling his Jihadis they could keep the majority of any assets of the subdued victim. This, of course, appealled to the greed factor. There was Incentive now, you understand. The wording in the Koran was changed from mundane to blood thirsty. And it just kept going, and is still going, now. Thanks, mainly to Western governments and media deliberately pushing the propaganda that to not like Islam makes one a racist. The whole reason for being with Islam is to subdue anyone who will not submit to Islam.

This book lays out the Koran chronologically - "from newest to oldest passages" - having this format is crucial if you want to understand the way the system of Islam works because in Islam the later and more violent passages abrogate or cancel out the earlier and less violent passages. Islam is not like Western Christianity where the rules of logic, universal ethical truths like the Golden Rule and reason operate in harmony with the system itself. In Islam there is a huge amount of contradiction. So when the system was being developed the concept of abrogation was introduced in order to justify contradictions. Abrogation means that if the contradiction happens you just accept whatever happened later and that becomes the "new truth". In the West this kind of thought process doesn't seem rational and that is why a book like this is needed. To critique and understand Islam this book is a valuable resource because it's not a matter of a person cherry picking quotes from the Koran to defend or refute Islam - you also need to know how those quotes are chronologically ordered and their actual relevance as the Koran was revealed to Mohammad. This books provides that "golden key." The other main premise of the book is to provide, in detail, using "references galore", that before 9/11 the West never once described or thought of Islam as a religion of peace. NO WHERE in our history, in Europe or the United States, was Islam ever thought of or described as a peaceful religion or a peaceful system. And ironically it was only after the United States was attacked on 9/11, and in the years since, where Islamic terrorism has become an almost daily occurrence, that Western leaders have overturned over 1000 years of scholarship, experience and knowledge and have become apologists for Islam. The book details the utter moral bankruptcy of our leaders in defending and promoting "the grand lie" that "Islam is religion of peace" - post 9/11 - which includes but is not limited to George Bush, Tony Blair, Obama and Angela Merkel. I "highly highly highly highly highly" recommend this book.

This is the Koran in its entirety. And if you are unfamiliar with the "teachings" of Mohammed, this will be an education and eye opener. It is not a peaceful religion, sorry Muslims. I am not a hateful person, at all, but Mohammed sure seemed to be. You think I am being intolerant or anti Islam? I invite you to read this book for yourselves, and learn the truth. Definitely not similar in any way to the Word of Christ, which promotes love. That I can tell you.

Invaluable reading. I now have a resource that strongly supports my refusal to use passages from the Koran for "multicultural literature" in my classroom. I have shared passages with my history counterparts, and they have now purchased copies for research purposes. We are pretty damn sick and tired of these "politically correct" textbooks being shoved down our throats here in the Bible Belt.

The reordering of the Koran is essential to understanding it.
