The book is excellent...

I've almost finished the long introduction, which gives voluminous evidence for the need to present a chronological Koran. My only complaint is the occasional incendiary language, such as using 'Quisling' to refer to public leaders who promote the 'Islam is peace' line even though (the authors claim) they know better.
