Arberry	Indeed, we thought that we should never be able to frustrate God in the earth, neither be able to frustrate Him by flight.
Maududi	and that “we thought that we will neither be able to frustrate Allah on earth, nor frustrate Him by flight”;
Pickthall	And we know that we cannot escape from Allah in the earth, nor can we escape by flight.
